Wednesday Weekly Blogging Challenge: Topics I can give a impromptu speech!

When it comes to being asked to impromptly go into detail I have a few things up my sleeve. This comes into handy because I sure do love talking about these things – No idea why but I do!

So here is why you need 8 hours of sleep because it boosts your immune system, manages weight loss, and helps you retain memory. Any more or less can increase your risk for serious conditions like diabetes mellitus, heart disease, and even death. These are some serious things to look out for and to enjoy your rest! I used to be able to pull out reports, numbers and cite where the numbers came from but things had fizzled out since my university days.

Ontop of that discussion I could go into wide detail on why you should take off your shoes once you come into the house – Keeps things clean, doing spread bacteria and easy place to keep your shoes! Like walk in and done. No need to worry about tracking whatever into the closet, bedroom or where ever else.

Then there is the topic of certain video games that I could go on for hours such as Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon, The sims or Elder Scrolls. It is absolutely maddening since a good portion of people don’t want to hear a grown lady talk about some video games… unless they are nerds as well! weirdly right now everyone is speaking of the latest Animal Crossing which is wonderful! I actually made new friends which is pretty sweet I may add along with the adorable little animals that move in.

These are just a few of the vast things I have way to much knowledge on such as astrology signs, tarot cards among other things. These are fairly high on my list although these just mentioned are as well – which I will not go into as for some reason people still find taboo. Odd but hey, whatever floats our boat right!?
