For me since I am in the United States things can get odd.. And i mean odd at times. I have had other delicious-ish which I will include but it will most likely be American food I speak of since that seems to send my international friends into a gross “who are you?” frenzie.

ANTS

Im gonna start by saying.. Many have had this. Specially covered in delicious chocolate. Its such a light.. crawling snack! But i prefer the chocolate covered kind. It is a soft crunch that is like eating a snack, enjoying it for what its worth.  Insects are a daily staple in many corners of the world, no doubt partly out of necessity. But some think “entomophagy” (bug eating) of selected could be the coming thing in developed countries too.

Turduken

Yeah.. sounds weird but its a Turkey, Duck & Chicken slapped together. Its actually not bad! I promise! Outside of the United States and Canada, it is known as a three bird roast. Gooducken is a traditional English variant, replacing turkey with goose.

Spray Cheese

Because who doesn’t want to spray some cheese right into their mouth at four am still feeling the alcohol from earlier. Yeah… Specific haha. But I mostly stay clear of this since its soooooo bad for you! But good when your drunk or lazy.

Alligator Tails

Cajun Grilled Alligator -girlscangrill.com

Alligator tails.. What can I say? Juicy, delicious and worth every penny. If there is ever an OPPORTUNITY i will buy some. One of my favorite things to dip my taste buds in. Alligator meat has been described as a healthy meat source for humans due to its high protein and low fat composition. It has been described as being mild flavored and firm in texture.

  2. We give the spray cheese to the dog when they go to the vet. I’m not wild on alligator tail and I won’t eat duck. Nope. Just can’t do it. Thanks for mentioning those. We all have interesting interpretations of what’s odd. Good ones.
